Commissions Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit and SchedulingA non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission slot and cover the initial acquisition of materials (e.g., charcoal, gesso, modeling paste, and canvas). This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and ensures your place on the studio schedule.2. Artistic Process and CollaborationEach piece is a hand-rendered, bespoke work of art. To ensure the final piece aligns with your vision, I will provide designated check-in points throughout the creation process. By proceeding with a commission, you agree to participate in these feedback stages to ensure the work meets your expectations.3. Copyright and Usage RightsOwnership: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the physical painting.Artist Rights:Relic Fine Art Studio retains the intellectual property and copyright for all commissioned works.Marketing & Social Media:By commissioning a piece, you grant Relic Fine Art Studio the right to document the creation process and showcase the finished artwork across social media, my website, and other promotional or marketing materials to represent my studio’s portfolio.4. Reference ImageryYou confirm that any reference imagery submitted to the studio is owned by you or that you have obtained the necessary permissions for its use in creating a commissioned artwork.
